BPD Management

BDP Management is franchisee of over 130 Planet Fitness locations across multiple states and two countries and has multiple subsidiary companies. Twin Pillars Construction is a subsidiary that operates to support projects many Planet Fitness locations as well as other industries. We are looking to fill the role of Project Manager at our support center in Neenah, WI. This role will require the individual to regular site visits which could lead to travel of up to 50% of the time.  

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Regular site checks to review the progress.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects and other individuals on the same project
• Choose subcontractors and delegate their responsibilities
• Responsible to respond and address any problems, delays or emergencies that may arise
• Comply legal requirements as well as safety and building codes
• Report progress of the project and budget to the client
• Ability to clearly explain the contract and technical matter to others
• Prepare budgets and cost estimates along with work timetables
• Oversee the entire constructions process to ensure a smooth and successful project
• Other duties as assigned

Skills & Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a project manager preferably in the construction field
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction
• Experienced in project management, including budgeting, scheduling and subcontractor management
• Knowledge of safety practices, OSHA regulations and local building codes
• Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications and contracts
• Valid drivers license
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time to on site visits through our service areas
• Strong problem solving and decision making skills
